Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet, our team can modify or cancel it. Please email info@stelartjewelry.com within 8 hours of purchase with your order number.

Your order number appears in both the confirmation email and the My Account → Orders page.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we ship to over 90 countries. Duties & taxes are calculated at checkout to avoid surprises on delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard: 1–3 business days in the EU, 2–3 business days worldwide. Express Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days everywhere. All orders ship carbon-neutral via certified offsets.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS (if opted in and where available). You can also log in to your account to view tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Use our self-service portal. Enter your order number and postal code to generate a prepaid label (EU & US).
Materials & Care
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All pieces are nickel-safe and comply with REACH standards. Sensitive-skin wearers usually experience no issues.
How should I clean my jewelry?
Use the complimentary polishing cloth included in your order. For a deeper clean, soak in warm soapy water, rinse, and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Will gold vermeil tarnish?
With proper care, our this 14K gold vermeil resists tarnish for years. Store pieces in the provided pouch and avoid contact with perfumes or lotions.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects such as loose stones, clasp failure, or plating issues under normal wear. It does not cover lost items or damage from misuse.
How do I request a warranty repair?
Email info@stelartjewelry.com with photos and your order number. Our team will provide a prepaid return label and next steps.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna “Pay Later” and many other local payment methods in eligible regions.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We can not and do not store credit-card numbers.
Sustainability
Are your metals recycled?
100% of our sterling silver and some of our gold content come from certified recycled sources.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Our boxes are FSC-certified, plastic-free, and printed with soy-based inks when available. Pouches are made from recycled cotton.
Gifting & Packaging
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, select “Add gift wrap” if avaialble or type “Add gift wrap” in the order comment box at checkout, and we’ll include a ribbon-tied box and card. For the note on the card, please also add your message in the order comment box at checkout and we will type your message on the card.
Can I send a gift message?
Absolutely. Add your message in the order comment box at checkout, and we’ll type it on a premium note card at no extra cost.
